Go to your project (on the ROBLOX website), open it. Then, press Ctrl+S or go to the top-left corner drop-down menu and press save. It may prompt you to name the file, so do so (It also automatically chooses a name from what it was called). Then, exit ROBLOX Studio. If the save was successful, you should notice that you aren't prompted to upload your project online.
To open ROBLOX Studio offline, simply go to the search bar in the start menu (Windows 7 and less, 10) and search up "ROBLOX Studio (or simply ROBLOX if that's inconclusive)."
