People on S&I are wondering if if the admins still listen, so what I think we can do is when ever an admin reads you suggestion, or idea, a check mark appears next to the thread. It doesn't even have to be a check mark! You can probably change the color of the paper to blue, or something. Then we know is an admin is considering the idea!

support, but it most likely wont be approved because this would look awful on mods, if you really think about it, this would just look bad on them for not being in a certain forum, or not reading certain posts, etc

Hm.
Well of course a mod viewing a thread doesn't automatically mean its being considered, that's like if I watched a news story about a local crime, and thus I was saying the crime was okay.
Could be useful, as it is somewhat questionable weather or not the mods spend even any time reading things here at this time in the site.
