Well...What I would do is try again. Maybe it is not clicking right, or you forget to input the verify to add email code. If these are not the case, I would consult a Roblox Staff Member for more assistance. Honestly, I am okay with some tech stuff, but I think there might be an underlying issue, maybe not Roblox's fault. Nobody else seems to have posted what they did to fix this issue, or even if they had this issue. Keep trying, if it fails more and more, consult a Roblox Staff Member, if that fails, look into whatever device your using and make sure there are no issues, or other things that could be contributing to this. |
