locked out of account due to terminated email

I am locked out of my roblox account due to the security measures, which are nice but the ##### with my account, ################## (maybe #################### i mighta changed it to that, but both are inaccessable), is terminated. I thought it was another ##### which I have access to, but upon a username reminder it is not. I cannot access the ##### because the ##### ###### which the ##### was connected to was terminated. How can I change posession of the account? I don't want to wait 3+ days for an answer from the support ##### (I am on my bro's account. The main account is awegame)

there's staff. also, i have done so, they were unhelpful and changed my account info without telling me.
