So basically Post-Apocalypse either in a single state or the entire United States (Your guys choice) Will probably be after nuclear warfare, or it can be a zombie on if you guys want. It will also be 300 years after the bombs fell so reconstruction and growth can be factored in (If it goes the nuclear route).

Still working on the back story but as of now joiners can make a post-apoc nation in USA and Canada so we can involve Alaska. The limit of states for a faction is 3 though if a lot are taking three I'll lower it to 2. I'll also allow small scale industry but you can't make modern guns, bullets, or cars nothing of that sort. Basically arms industry was blown back to the civil war. While modern weapons are around ammo will run out quick. As for artillery you can make homemade shells after you've run out of a set number of shells but half of the homemade will be duds. Also oil is in extremely short supply so cars will run out of fuel quickly.
In summary the majority of ranged guns that will have an abundance of ammunition are Muskets and Henry Rifles. You can have modern but once your small stockpile is gone it's gone for good. Also D.C is renamed the Broken Capital and has multiple factions fighting for control. If enough people want it I'll let them set up in Northern Mexico and the Carribean |

Makes me think of the pissant tribes from Fallout: New Vegas, before most of them became Caesar's Legion.
You should base it in mostly empty states; Nevada, Utah, Ohio, ect. But that's just my two cents. |
