Jump button is gone

I am Nina and my jump button is gone,i play Roblox on my Ipad 3 and i read that all people who are on Ipad doesnt have the jump button anymore.Im so annoyed just walking around and i cant play many games without jumping!I tried re-installing the app and i even made a new acc but nothing.I tried to play without acc (as a guest) and i had the #### ############# fix this:(

I have that issue too, you can temporarily fix it by switching to D-pad controls though its not good in stuff where you have to jump over things

I am pissed off right now because my jump button is missing. Almost all of the games require jumping and it is not fair. If this is not fixed I'm deleting my account and telling my friends to delete there's.
