Any foul committed while not in the BONUS is a ib (Shotclock doesn't reset.)
Once in the BONUS each foul = 2fts + Possession
Read riding = Reach in foul
Boosting a player/Jumping on Head in the act of shooting = Shooting Foul
Any player with 4 fouls is automatically ejected.
