C&G and, infact forums as a whole, need some changes

By now, alot of you hate zach1102 Whether its because he's hurt one of your female friends or because hes hurt you because you're female via the C&G forum or out-of-roblox communication. I honestly think its time roblox implemented a feature that could be used like the report tool, but instead of banning them from roblox, bans them from the forums/certain subforums. Now of course this is going to get deleted because I mentioned zach as an example, but honestly there are more examples out there - a few people wouldnt mind ninarain out, or winterbullets or idk just people who are disliked through the subforum or bring nothing new to it.
