I believe I can bring great things to the current community and staff team. For starters, I have been playing Roblox since early 2012 which amounts to 2+ years of play time. I have captured the formation and past days of the Roblox community. I’ve seen a lot, from new updates, met new people, owned multiple groups, etc.
Aside from all that, I am helpful. If I ever see a player needing assistance in anything, I try to help to the best of my abilities. If I am unable to succeed in that task, I will grab a staff member to handle the rest of the issue. I am friendly. I will help any new member who obviously doesn’t know how to do something. I will make them feel like they are wanted and appreciated. If I see a new member join the group, new to the actual game or not, I will give them a nice greeting. New or not, I am as friendly as possible and I’m always open to meeting new people!
If someone isn’t being treated right by someone, I try to break it up or talk to people. If that of course gets out of hand, I would take appropriate actions toward the user(s).
I feel I can help the server in other ways, such as reducing the amount of spam output by players, or unnecessary comments like racism and arguments. I am good with handling these types of situations, and try to sort them out myself. Staff are good about not being away from chat for too long, but when they aren’t and no one is there to handle a situation, players get upset and the situation might get out of hand. I am rarely afk and if I am, never for an extended period of time. While the chat is sometimes clean and resourceful, I feel any more help can be used. Players don’t want to play on a game with afk staff or bad things being said in chat. I make players feel they’re in the right place whenever I can, and that I’m there for assistance. Mentioned above, I keep in touch with the community as much as possible.
I am intuitive and bright and have big dreams for my future. I am a good listener and I memorize things fairly well. If I am assigned a certain job or role, I’m happy to take on that responsibility.
I am also good at catching hackers or exploit glitchers. I have everything to get the right footage of hackers or rule breakers. Along with that, I am good at detecting if a player is actually hacking.
I am good with servers and understand how they work. Also I know how to manage games so I think I would be a good pick.
As mentioned above, I am responsible for my actions and what to say. I am obedient to what a staff may say if I am breaking a rule and chose to not do that thing again.
In my opinion the community and group could definitely benefit from me, my knowledge and experience.
Why should YOU be accepted instead of another user?
I do not consider myself better than other applicants trying for this position, because everyone has some potential; however I would make sure to try to reach my maximum potential.
I believe I have a good set of qualities that would be a great addition to the staff team and reasons I should be chosen as a staff member here.
I am dependable. I can be online and active often during the day. If a player needs help, I’m there to assist them. If I am assigned a task, you can count on me to finish it with effort and in a timely manner. If I need to get on instantly, I will try my best to get on. If I am unable to get on, I will always contact another staff member to try to handle the situation.
I have an outgoing personality, and I can get along with almost everyone. I’m kind to people. If someone tries to be friends with me or talk to me, I will reply to them and be as friendly as possible while also doing my job as a staff member. I try my best to be as pleasant as possible and give people a good impression of me.
I am 13 now and in MiddleSchool. I believe Middle School is the point where everyone starts maturing more, as you are meeting more people, getting more work, and just overall when reality hits you. I already consider myself mature for my age, and have improved my maturity and the way I act since I started applying for Roblox Games. If you give me a chance to show you what I’m capable of as to maturity and behavior, you won’t regret your decision.
I can do my job efficiently since I know what it takes to be a staff member and how to react to certain circumstances. I will punish a player almost instantly after acquiring proof they are breaking a rule (if needed), beating other staff members to it. If there is an accusation of a player hacking, I will record them and look further into it.
I am patient with younger people. If they are having trouble, I will dedicate some time to help them understand. If someone wants to start an issue with another player, I will take appropriate action and not freak out or get frustrated. If there is something I need to fix, I will take my time doing so and make sure it is as perfect as possible.
As just said, I try to make sure everything is as perfect as possible. Yes, I am a perfectionist when it comes to my own work. Sometimes this can be a flaw of mine and I struggle to get things done on time, but I will try to manage my time wisely and improve on this over time. Sometimes perfectionism can be a good thing. It shows I try my best and that I take pride in my role.
I am an honest person and feel it is important to always tell the truth. I can use this crucial and essential quality on the staff team by always being honest. I would never be dishonest to make me look like a better person and or staff member, or tell a player something knowingly incorrect just for them to go away or find someone else. I also would keep anything that is supposed to stay confidential, confidential only.
I have many more qualities you will discover if you get to know me, those are just some major points I wanted to mention.
I feel that I have the needed experience for this position. My time staffing on various servers has taught me a lot, if not everything, I need to know, as well as working hard enough to properly moderate such a big community. All of my experiences, small to moderate, have taught me how to respect and treat players, as well as taking care of any issues without being overly strict or mean.
