4. Try to be as active as possible. (Inactive to long with out notice will get you kicked)
5. No joking around like 5 year olds
6. Only High Commands can declare war.
7. Don't ask for promotions or you will be demoted.
8. Always read shout.
9. Cause no drama
10. Recruit
