Rules..
As the starting era of this game is the warring states era, you are to be in a clan, as there are NO villages yet. Anyone can make the villages if they get enough currency/ryo, the resources needed to make a village. You can't just say out of the blue "oh, i made the leaf village im the hokage now ahaha." No, when making a village it HAS to be in a main RP. You can't just outright steal someones dojutsu for no reason, a legitmate reason would be "The Uchiha murdered my family.." or something along those eyes, and you'd also need atleast 4-5 people as a witness of a sibling or family member being murdered.
Limits..
Alright with this.
For dojutsu. Your level for fighting goes up one. (Say if you were a genin Uchiha. If you went Sharingan(any tomoe) you will be chuunin level.)
You can beat ANYBODY, if you can role-play efficiently, there aren't any limits to what you can do necessarily.
The highest level is Jonin-Sensei. Only S-Rank Rouges can be Kage Level. (To be an S-Rank, you must be confirmed by Mister_Jay or NotoriousChevy.)

So, I've been seeing a lot of forming stacking.
Form stacking puts strain on the body.
Less than 10% = You can last 20 minutes in that form.
10%-30% Strain = You can last 15 minutes in form.
30%-60% Strain = You can last 10 minutes in that form.
60%-80% Strain = You can only last 5 minutes in that form.
80%-Above 100% Strain = You can only last 3 minutes in that form, depending on your body.
These Form Stacking rules go for all dojutsus, chakra modes, and tb forms.
ALRIGHT NOW IM JUST GONNA LIST ALL THE STRAIN FOR FORMS
Sharingan 1t = 5% Strain
Sharingan 2t = 10% Strain
Full Sharingan = 15 % Strain
Mangekyo Sharingan = 25% Strain
EMS = 35% Strain
Byakuagn = 15% Strain
ALL TB Forms = 25% Strain
LCM = 45% Strain
Each Gates (Except 6th, 7th, and 8th) = 12% Strain
6th Gate = 20% Strain
7th Gate = 50% Strain
8th Gate = 80% Strain
ANY Sage Mode = 45% Strain
Each Rinnegan Eye = 20% Strain
Tenseigan = 20% Strain
Tenseigan Chakra Mode = 65% Strain

SUMMONING, SAGE MODE, AND SENJUTSU RULES

So, for summoning.
You will randomly be chosen by Elder Toad Gamatasu and the Chief Toad Gamacoonta for toad sage. For Slug sage it will be The Slug Queen Katsuya, for snake sage it will be The Snake King Jaoda.
B-Level is big
A-level is huge
S-Level is gigantic.
FOR SAGE MODE, your summon teaches you about sage mode when you are B-Level. but you dont actually start getting sage mode until Mid A-Level.
YOU DONT START LEARNING SENJUTSU UNTIL B-LEVEL, WHEN YOUR SUMMON TEACHES YOU ABOUT IT.
