Section. 2: Penalties
sets maximum jail time at 1 - 2 days for most of the crimes.
The problem :
This prison sentencing is absolutely outrageous. A day consists of 24 hours, an hour consists of 60 minutes. 60 minutes in jail is outrageous as is. Having to do your sentencing would take a week+ to fully complete 2 days. Assuming you stay in game for a couple of hours then get off and repeat the next day. Keep in mind this is a computer game played with a keyboard and a monitor. Games are meant to be fun, 2 days in jail? Sounds very boring. You would have to be in-game for 24 - 48 hours to pay off this jail time. Unlike norfolk, where you were ranked inmate and your time was a week or so, so you just didn't go to the game place during this time. I usually only play County of Stapleton for 2 hours a day tops, at this rate it would take me...let me do the math. 24 hours in a day, 2 hours a day, 2/24 = 12. I would have to play 12 days straight for 2 hours a day. That is almost two weeks. That is completely ridiculous considering a person would probably play firestone for an hour once a day, and because they wanted to have fun for 5 - 10 minutes, they have to pay for it by being locked up in prison for 24 hours. At that rate, all active criminals would be stuck in prison giving law enforcement very little to nothing to do.
My Proposal :
Maximum jail/prison time for all offences should be 1 - 2 hours tops. ( keep in mind it's a game and you have to be in game for this ) 1 - 2 hours is still a lot, but it is much easier to do than 2 weeks in prison if not 4. This would give both DoC and Law Enforcement an equal oppurtunity! DoC would have lots of time to RP with inmates, then when the inmate is out of jail it's law enforcement's turn! vice versa. If not, they can also add "Death Penalty" this would be where you can be taken to death row via prison bus which is a separate prison or separate cell block, there you will meet a DoC ranked executioner. You will have a variety of options to choose from! lethal injection, electric chair, firing squad, etc. When you are given the death penalty, after you die you will lose 25% of your bank account money.

I do enjoy being a criminal, but I do think getting sentenced to two days in prison is absolutley outrageous! Please comment your ideas. If you support it, comment support. I think the prison times are outrageous, but it would be cool if the times were the same, but there would be an RP prison.

I don't support what you do, but I do agree that 1-2 days is too much time.
I think a nice maximum would be around 4-5 hours. |

1. Don't do crimes
2. Don't get caught |

Ur, that ruins the fun of the game. If you commit a crime you're probably going to get caught. There's only so many places you can hide and eventually it gets boring. |

Support. I agree, though, with the person above who said the max should be somewhere around 3-4 hours instead of 1-2 hours. Do keep in mind that eventually there will be a full prison, including the possibility of escaping.
