My Chat & Party doesn't stop cycling through the blue dots so i cant join a party or messages. Help. :c

Check your internet connectivity. They do require a rather fair to good connection inb4mods

I checked my console and Its says I have an ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE with the chat and party. Uh. My IT wizard of a father fixed it but it had something to do with IPv4 Settings if that helped. Thanks anyways!
