So I was playing Minecraft, and I found out building in Minecraft makes me happy, but in Roblox, i feel miserable.
Why does that happen? Because, to build properly in Roblox, we have to do many maths and calculation and blah blah, or else we can just build trash. For example if you want to make a outlined quarter circle then it can take like 1 hour and a lot mathematical calculations (I'm trying to do it now). Now maybe people can say "OMG noob if you can't build then don't complain!" well I CAN build but I think the so called "Imagination Platform" must not make us feel miserable while Imagining, but happy.
So I have a solution:
- Add geometric building into Roblox:
Maybe instead of adding part we can "draw" shapes in 2D geometrically with a point based system and extending those shapes into 3D shapes.. The draw feature will totally support solid modeling and Roblox should support drawing curves because everyone likes curves.
OK this idea maybe over-complicated to understand but I hope Roblox will listen and implement this. If they do Roblox will be a really better game because there will be lots more builders building qualify games.
Additional idea(not a really good one): Add Minecraft like building into Roblox.

see, the thing is, minecraft is known for being able to build awesome stuff (lolno), but you can't when you have to use stairs as wedges and can't make a rounded circle. go back to minecraft, roblox is where the big boys use circular objects!

roblox is already different in almost every aspect when it comes to building.
not only can the big boys on roblox use circular objects, but we can all create more detailed structures, thanks to the ability to be able to rotate things.
adding this would only make roblox more similar to minecraft, and minecraft = trash

I could maje an outlined quarter circle in about 5 minutes, and I am not that great at building. Just use unions/negates. You are going to need to use math in life, so get used to it. |

- I think you have mistaken "geometric building" into " vo###########uilding like minecraft"
- It still takes calculation to make a quarter circle. Maybe not "mathematical".

Roblox already has advantages over every single other building game. Minecraft is literally 1/4 as advanced as Roblox is.
As for the building, it's not supposed to be super happy fun building, it's serious and requires a lot of patience. If you want super happy fun building, either go back to Minecraft or play Build to Survive.
