*INTRODUCTION*
Welcome my fellow Americans. This shall not be know as a speech to be read then forgotten, but to know as the speak that started all of this. It started, it began, it United what will be the American dream reformed back from the darkness of corruption.
As our founding fathers once said, in the declaration of independence "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Government are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed." we shall secure those rights, we shall have all men created equal again, and we most definite shall keep in mind among us are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

I'm jjj1212. I'm running for Deputy Mayor of Las Vegas. A great city is measured by the quality of the lives of the people who live in it.
Now is the time for leadership grown out of taking on the city's toughest challenges and winning. That's what I've done. That's what I'll do as Deputy Mayor.
But, it's where I also learned that you have to be prepared to take on tough fights and that making a real difference in people's lives is what matters most.
I have experience where it counts -- right here in one of my favorite cities # Las Vegas. I am proud of my record, but I'm not done yet. As Deputy Mayor, I also offer new ideas for an ever-changing City.
I promise to propose a bill to LVCC that instates officer have to go though a medium grade combat training and a high grade discipline (Loyal to his/her department).
I also promise to propose a bill (again to LVCC) to make sure we have a tow-tier jobs! I want small jobs with no major tools such as arrest tool, but to make sure that citizens of Las Vegas get more pay and live a better life. These jobs will not be under the government meaning workers of these jobs are free to do what ever they want that's legal.
One of my last proposals is to make Las Vegas a more detailed place (Not to much to make it laggy).
Second to last is to put more "sound" into Las Vegas because when I play Las Vegas I just hear nothing besides (Not all the time) Sirens, Bad gun fire sounds, Bank robbery alarm, and the sound of car bombs beeping. I hope to make cars a simple car sound when the engine is on and to make helicopter sounds, refueling your car sound, and many more to come!
Last and for lease, a Anti-Exploit system I hope to get either NUSA best scripters or a Anti-Exploit Script (Such as RDS) to help stop exploiting. In further to enhance less exploiting I will add a script that means your account will have to be atleast a week old to enter Las Vegas.
As Las Vegas moves forward into this new century, many of our citizens question the value to them of this city staying together. I will be a Deputy Mayor that convinces people that they are important to the life and success of Las Vegas and that Las Vegas is important to them.
That's why today, I offer my candidacy for Deputy Mayor of Las Vegas because I believe I have a lifetime of experience that counts. Experience I will put to work for you.

Here are my Las Vegas plans as Deputy Mayor:
[\/] Las Vegas Police Department [\/]
The Las Vegas Police Department, or LVPD, was once one of the great agencies when it had started. But I notice by the years,months, and days inactivity, basic maturity, and reliability of this agency has gotten worse. For a long time now I have been hoping for a change, but I have seen nothing besides seeing this police department fade away in the darkness. But now it's time for a change I will have a mandatory activity check, and they will have 5 days to respond. People who do it in the first 2 days will have a higher chance of staying in the agency. From there I would have a noble recruitment month. To fill in the ranks we will hold a tryout. The tryouts will be Basic Background Check > LV Gunfight > Sort Interview. This should make it so that we can see how really noble, matured, and skilled a person is, and not let random people that just know how to fight good in a police department that can arrest.
[\/] Las Vegas Fire Department [\/]
I have gotten the idea for Las Vegas to have a Fire Department. And you might be wondering "Well there's no fires in Las Vegas" well the fire department will be more of an "elite" agency as in real life it deals with fires, crimes, and medical emergencies. Of course there will be different ranks for each position but yeah that is one of the things I will add. This of course means the adding of a Fire Truck and I know how much you have been waiting to see one. The Medical Division shall get a Medic-Kit that you actually can heal someone with once you're close enough and are able to click them.( Three Medic-Kits per life) The Crime Division will basically have LVPD tools + Fire Department Add-Ons. And the Fire division will be able to use the Fire trucks Water Hose. They will be able to take out car/helicopter fires and stop a possible new feature House Fires! They will also come with a fire axe that can open doors with 9 hits. And take 2 seconds per hit. It will also be able to open car doors with 10 hits and take 2 seconds per hit.
[\/] Las Vegas City Council [\/]
I don't really have anything to say about the City Council besides a few things.
- Make you able to lock pick the LVCC Building(CITY CAPITAL)
- I'm 50/50 on this but possibly add arrest tools
[\/] Put More “Sound”[\/]

[\/] Make Las Vegas Detailed[\/]
Currently Las Vegas just as random grey blocks as buildings, which I hate! We need it to make it look like a detailed city that people will just come just to see the amazing buildings. This will almost make us look more unique from all of the copy USA’s Las Vegas’s. Don’t worry we're not going to make it so detailed that you will crash instantly, we will test it and see how it works. If it gets too laggy we will take down some of the “extreme” detail.
[\/] Use of Buildings[\/]
This project will enable the use of all building. All buildings will have some kind of item giver or a place to hide. Example: Make it so you can get coffee at the coffee shop. I think this will be a big step for all people playing Las Vegas as it would cause the need for more trained and dedicated cops and make criminals want to play more as well as citizens.
[\/]Tag Lock[\/]
Tired of criminals leaving the game when you're about to taze them? Tired of not getting to kill someone you're got to 10 health and can’t their money? Well the tag lock will make it so if you get shot or shoot someone with a Taser or any gun, you cannot leave until the tag lock is over which will be about 20 seconds. If you leaving during tag lock you will be automatically sent to prison for “Tag Lock” for about 1-4 minutes depending on how many times you did it.
[\/]Citizen Personnel Teams[\/]
This will allow anyone to have a tag on them depending on the Personnel team they are in. First step is to either create a personal team that will allow anyone in a certain group to join or to make the group and be able to invite people. This is will be a big step for criminal organizations, vigilantes, and campaign groups. Owners can rank people to Member or to Administrator. The Owner and administrator will be able to kick anyone on the team and invite anyone. These teams will not get anything special besides a tag on them (Near Name Tag) saying what team they are on.
[\/] Giving citizens a chance for success [\/]
I think this bill will help all citizens in need of medicine, transportation, and weaponry. Citizens now can’t afford to buy in game money or have the time to use 10 minutes just to rob $5k from a bank. This bill will give everyone who joins Las Vegas (one time) $100k to their bank account.
[\/]Lowering Jail time[\/]
Jail time is everyone’s worst nightmare! I know a person who has been jailed for about 15 minutes! The worst part is that you have to serve it, or bail out. I think the maximum jail time should be 6 minutes. This will cause less Rage Quit and give people more time to enjoy Las Vegas.

-Van that does not tip as much

-Motorcycle (Not the average free model one)

I will make Las Vegas be able to become day and night. Night will be good for heist and missions for criminals and will make it look nice from all the glowing lights.

I think we should try to make a suggestions place.

I think everyone should have a chance to speak out.

Create a Business to encourage more civilians to create business in Las Vegas. This will make Las Vegas feel like a community and should bring everyone closer together as a nation.
London receives thousands of visits weekly! This needs to remain at a sustainable rate!
There are many visits to the city weekly, and over 2M+ so far! To make sure Las Vegas is a popular and well known city, we need to increase the amount of adverts we produce. I hope that tourism businesses can operate in the city, providing tours and trips around Las Vegas. This will make the city more popular. I hope that including more tourist attractions to the city will increase the amount of visitors the city receives. In the future I will look into giving privileges to well behaved citizens, which could include one day access to certain sights. However, this is just a starting poi As the Mayoral elections approach, you have a choice between a developed, unique city brought to you by you and I who know Las Vegas like nobody else.
Also going to hope to add a stadium!
