Hello. I'm Council Member John. For those who don't know me, I was one of the first council members for Chicago. The Police Chief and I, are here to address some issues regarding RK, "Warrants", entering other people's "turf", abuse of police officers and other issues. ----------- [1] "Warrants" and other people's "turf" Police officers have FULL authority to enter ANY business or property whenever they feel like it whether it's captured, taken, not taken, etc, ONLY IF THEY HAVE A WARRANT. Because there is not a federal court system, council members+ have the power to issue warrants. If you are apart of the family that owns the property, you CANNOT kill any officer who enters if they have a warrant. If they don't have one, you may. When an officer enters your property or "turf" you MUST ASK if they have a warrant and who issued it. If they don't answer or if they don't have a warrant, you have the power kill him/her. Warrants will be issued to officers only if a Council Member is in-game with the officer requesting the warrant. Also, the Police Chief is considered a member of the council. If you have any issues with this, concerns, suggestions, message EncounteredJohn. The law enforcement is the law. An officer is the law. They enforce the law. They have all rights. If you kill an officer for no reason, there will be problems with you and your family. [IF YOU KILL AN OFFICER WHEN THEY ENTER YOUR TURF, BUILDING, BUILDING ETC, YOUR TOOLS WILL BE REMOVED.] -- [2] Random Killing (rk'ing) If you are being randomly killed by a police officer, other citizen or anyone, make sure you have proof and send it to EncounteredJohn so they can be punished. Random Killing is not tolerated here at Chicago and if you RK, there will be problems. If an officer kills you for no reason, send proof along with their name to the police chief. If you're an officer and you're being rk'ed by someone, send their name with proof to the police chief. Officers that do kill people for no reason, will be fired without question if the proof is valid. Chicago is a place to have fun, not to be killed by someone every 5 minutes. -- [3] Officer's ability to remove tools Now, everyone has been complaining about this. In this section, I will explain everything there is about this feature. As you may know already, officers now have the power to remove tools. This is used mostly to stop RK'ers and decrease the crime rate here in Chicago. If an officer removes your tools falsely, get proof and send it to the Police Chief with their name. If you do not have proof, we cannot do anything. Here are the reasons you can get your tools removed: RK'ing someone RK'ing a police officer Spawn Killing Threatening an officer Drawing a weapon at an officer Killing an officer for entering your turf when they have a warrant etc. If there are "turf wars" police officers can't interfere with them for it's not their business. However, if they start killing the officers when the officers aren't getting involved, officers have the right to fight back. -- [4] Conclusion If you have any concerns, questions, suggestions or anything, message EncounteredJohn.
