A BILL TO ESTABLISH THE TRANSPORTATION SECURITY DIVISION
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. The Transportation Security Division will be defined as the division of the Firestone Department of Homeland Security (https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=2803370) responsible for the protection and security of airports and airplanes and their occupants authorized by the Firestone Department of Aviation (https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=2890690). A Transportation Security Divison rank will be added to the Firestone Department of Homeland Security.
SECTION 2. The Transportation Security Divison will serve as a law enforcement agency, and will be permitted to enforce state laws and municipal ordinances. The jurisdiction of the Transportation Security Divison will be defined as any and all established airports by the Firestone Department of Aviation, the areas surrounding those airports, and designated aircrafts responsible for transporting a large amount of people or cargo from one place to another that is approved by the Firestone Department of Aviation.
SECTION 3. The Firestone Department of Public Safety (https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=2809133), Firestone Department of Aviation and Firestone Department of Homeland Security will be responsible for enforcing this legislation.
SECTION 4. This bill shall go in effect immediately after passage.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict of this bill shall be declared null and void.
