[[BASIC RULES]] 1. Do not RDM (Random Death Match; Kill without reason; RK (Random Kill)) 2. Do not FailRP (Fail Roleplay; refuse to abide by a valid RP rule) 3. Do not break NLR (New Life Rule; Return to your place of death for five minutes with the same intent) 4. Respect all players and staff (don't insult, segregate, etc. out of RP conduct) 5. Do not spam Advert/OOC (don't abuse the different types of full map communication) 6. Do not revenge kill (once you are killed; no matter how; don't return even after 5 minutes to kill your killer) 7. Do not SS (Self Supply; don't give yourself more than one gun, for protection, as any artillery dealer) 8. Do not attack AoD (Don't attack Admins on Duty in any way; verbally or physically) 9. Do not abuse starter money (Don't get on the server and use starter money to buy guns and kill people) 10. Follow any roleplay scenario (If you are being kidnapped, don't reset, or leave the game; you will be punished for this) 11. Do not send any forums post messages to Assessors with the intent to joke or spam them. [[[NOT SO BASIC RULES]]] [[RAIDING]] 1. You must have at-least two people to raid any base. 2. You can not raid a base with a building sign. 3. Raiding cool-down (how long to wait before starting a new raid) is ten minutes. 4. You can not raid open bases (Bases that have no locked doors or any hidden areas) or bases that obviously have nothing inside them. 5. You have to have a valid roleplay reason to raid someone ( you have to have something to gain; RP wise; to start a raid on someone. 6. You can revenge raid (raid someones base because they raided you) but only if you weren't killed in the raid. 7. Do not kill obviously harmless people in, or outside of the base you are raiding. 8. You must Advert (say /advert "MSG") your raid before starting. [[MUGGING]] 1. You must advert (say /advert "MSG") your mugging before you start. 2. If you are a by-stander or a victim of a mug, you must Advert Counter (saying /advert Counter) before equipping a weapon and shooting the mugger. 3. If you are the victim, and you have a weapon out before the mug starts, you can shoot without Adverting Counter (saying /advert Counter) 4. You can not demand more than $10,000 per mug. 5. You must say in your Mug Advert (Saying /advert MUG) the amount of time the victim has to drop the money (can not be below 10 seconds) 6. If the mugger demands less than $5,000 during the mug, he/she may kill the victim after the victim drops the money. 7. If you are the victim, you can not avoid the mug (Resetting, leaving, running, etc.) this is considered FailRP (If there is a situation between life or death, no matter the cost, you have to choose life.) 8. Mugging cool-down (time before starting another mug) is five minutes. [[KIDNAPPING]] 1. You must Advert your Kidnap (saying /advert Kidnap) before starting. 2 You can not demand more than $100,000 for the victims safe release. 3. You may accept the payment from the victim. 4. If you are the victim, you must follow every order that the kidnapper demands (unless he/she orders over $100,000 or an item/items that costs more that $100,000.) 5. If the kidnapper Adverts "You are bound" (says /advert kidnap Your hands are bound) you may not attempt to pull out a weapon or run from the kidnapper. 6. You can not kidnap in public (You can only kidnap someone if there are absolutely no other player around you or the victim.) 7. You can only contain the victim for 10 minutes, after that you must let him/her go. 8. If you are let go by your kidnapper after ten minutes, you can not attempt to kill the kidnapper. 9. Kidnapping cool-down (time before you can kidnap again) is twenty minutes. [[[JOB RULES]]] [[No jobs at the moment, but soon to come.]] [[[STAFF RULES AND REGULATIONS]]] [[STRIKES]] If an admin breaks any rule; no matter how severe; (except for Rule Class 7) Will gain one strike, a strike is a staff member equivalent to a warn, only, if a staff member gain five strikes within one month, he/she will be demoted, this does not apply to Trial-Mod, they only have one strike until demote. All strikes are removed from a staff member after one month of having said strike. If you are reported on the forums, you may not contribute to the discussion until asked to step in and fill in information (which you will be). If a staff member (excluding Trial-Mods) earns no strikes nor strike reports within two weeks, that staff member will be allowed to apply for a promotion. [[PUNISHMENT CLASSES]] There are 7 classes of punishment 1. First time small rule break (First RDM) Verbal Warn (no real punishment) 2. Minor rule break (Mass RDM) A Warning for whatever the accused did (If he/she RDMed, warn them for RDM) 3. Basic Rule Break (Breaking one of the Basic Rules) A warn for their crime, and a kick from the server. 4. Mug, Raid, Job, or Kidnap rules broken (Breaking one of the Mug, Raid, Job, or Kidnap rules) Warn for their crimes, and a kick from the server. 5. Rules Broken on purpose (Breaking any rule specifically with the intent of breaking that rule) A warn and a non permanent ban (the staff of duty chooses the time for the ban based on the rule broken). 6. Server Rules Broken (Abusing glitches, bugs, or weak points in the server) A Ban at Staff desecration (must be over one day). 7. Hacking (Using client side, or LUA extensions to give the play an unfair advantage) Permanent Ban. [[[Need any more information? Ask a staff member!]]]
