The Partizans were formed by an Josep Broz Tito impersonator, he had communist/socialist ideals and wanted to overthrow the USCPF. He was a very calm and charming speaker, so he gained lots of supporters right away. They were defeated in their first USCPF battle, and hard to retreat into the Underground. There they formed a base, which they use to form plans, rest, and just generally hang around The Den. They continued to attack the USCPF and after the hit, they'd retreat underground. Because of the complex Sewer/Metro system, the USCPF cant find them that easily. They had to move their bas multiple times, due to USCPF scouts. Their base is currently west of The Den's entrance, near the Water Pumps.
