WHEREAS Apteria is the Senate's representative to the Federal Elections Commission;
WHEREAS Apteria was not elected, as required by Electoral Law, which states that the Senate's representative to the FEC shall be elected through "an open forum vote regulated by ... the Vice President or the President pro tempore of the Senate";
THE FOLLOWING IS ORDERED:
RESOLVED Apteria shall leave the Federal Elections Commission at once; this includes any ROBLOX Groups and other affiliated institutions, as well as Trello boards, third-party chatrooms, and other methods of communication, and his membership of the FEC shall not be recognised, upheld, or valid;
RESOLVED Apteria has 24 hours to carry out the orders listed above, or shall be charged with Contempt of Court.
