Support for tablets
my tablet handles normal roblox completely good
plus i need to be able to edit places on the go...
when im away or bored...
@Kiddy Wow your device must stink if you think it will fry it... most tablets have 1TB of data on them nowadays they don't fry... :P there men't to deal with massive amount of memory...

how do you expect them to fit all of the essential tools such as workspace, toolbar for selecting type, touch controls, looking around, going up and down, explorer on a 4 inch phone?

Sounds more like a pain, How would one script? How would one move objects precisely? How many people would actually use it to make it cost effective for ROBLOX to even make this? Most developers would use desktops / laptops. |

roblox never makes useless updates that aren't very easy to make and wont benefit them much, they instead just make easy-to-make updates that nobody wants

1) No objective benefit for the Staff come from this.
2) Devs obviously use PC because they made it this far without such an update.
3) It is a minutiae, something so small it doesn't even matter to most.
We can think of many others, surely, but this doesn't matter. |

Storage has nothing to do with a device being able to handle a game/studio/etc... Just wanted to get that out of the way.

The "1TB tablets" all run Windows. They already have access to ROBLOX Studio and it's unfair to even call them tablets, they're basically a laptop with a touchscreen.
I'm assuming this guy wants it for his iPad or whatever. Long story short, no. You can't accurately build. Changing properties is going to be a 5 minute process. And don't even get me started on trying to script on something like that, I have a hard enough time trying to type a long web URL into my phone. I'm not about to try to write code with autocorrect fighting me every step of the way. |

The thing is is that BlocksWorld has a very simple building and scripting system. ROBLOX's building is simple however it's scripting is pretty hard. Also, ROBLOX would have to load the toolbox and every model in the library. So, I would say studio shouldn't be on mobile. You have ROBLOX Developer though. Just connect Developer to Studio and you can use studio on mobile. |
