Why Roblox should let Non BCers make Shirts/Pants.

In the current state of Roblox, where TIX no longer exist there's no way to get anything (Except the free stuff Roblox puts out) in the catalog. I think Roblox should let Non BCers be able to make and use their own clothing, but not be able to sell it.

Many NBC copy shirts. I'm not trying to stereotype against NBC, I'm an NBC user myself and am perfectly content with what I'm given. Okay, I understand what you're saying. However, many people still copy shirts and sell them. And does Roblox do anything about it? Just because people are BC means they can copy and put others shirts on sale?
