which pokemon move is better, wing attack or aerial ace

i'm leveling up my staravia in pokemon diamond so i can destroy the third gym well i've got it to lvl 27 and it's almost at lvl 28, so i'll have to choose to pick aerial ace or not is it really any different from wing attack? i mean they both have a power of 60 except wing attack has 100% accuracy and it has 15 more PP

other than the fact that aerial ace is a guaranteed is it really more powerful though

No, not more powerful, but it still always hits..however I doubt the gym (forgot which gym leader the third is) has moves that are gonna lower accuracy, still I would go with aerial ace for the future
