Welcome, soldiers of Proponent of Liberty and the Egalitarian Front, and those of the C&G Forum! Today, August 21st, is the day the Ro-war event hosted by WCoR starts back up. Over the past couple of weeks, in collaboration with our sTaff team, we are proud to say everything is ready to go. I’d first like to tHank all of those that put their time and effort into making this event work, especially those that are able to build/script when needed. I am very sorry for the original issues, I hope to start this off right now.
In a matter of days, we formed togEther two coalitions to work as the sides, with over 28 clans in each of them! With a total of 56 clans and two designated bases, we are happy to say that things are now balanced and ready to release a changelog featuring all the edits to these bases, which You may find linked below.

[[Raids]]
As per usual, raids within the parameters of the event take place normally, but with the exception of having multiple other Clans on your side joining you in the battlefield. For a raid tO be official, there must be 9 defenders in order for the terminal to activate properly. Each time a raid is won, a code will autoMatically record to a spreadsheet and be uploaded for our staff to take score of. In the case of technical issues and safety, we will provide two forms that are designated for each faction to submit any wins they receive. Clear video or picture evidence of an official win code must be submitted.

-The event officially STARTS on August 21st 2016 at 1 PM EST.
(1PM EST // 10AM PST // 12PM CST)
-The event officially ENDS on September 5th 2016 at 11 PM EST.
(11PM EST // 8PM PST // 10PM CST)
-Raid times are only permitted at these times:
Weekdays: 8AM EST to 10PM EST
Weekends: 8AM EST to 11PM EST
(Raids that Go overtime will have one hour to finish.)

what do you mean none of this is gmt
it starts at 8 which should be around the time most gmt are coming home from school/ just finishing lunch
and you could participate until you go to bed whenever that is
