Hello Richwood Police Department! I'm Teamdis! In this forum, I will explain why you should vote for me in the elections for Head Superintendent! I have worked my way up through hosting and being active as my rank (HR) Superintendent. As you know, the Head Superintendent rank should go to a person who is Active and Response. I believe the lower ranks would agree. I have made sure my activity is always on a good level for my current rank and for that job of Head Superintendent. My abilities to show that lower ranks Responsibility is to make the set a good example for people who join. In my defense, I think that the Head Superintendent rank should go to me because I host everyday and even if not enough people join, I still host.
Head Superintendent is an important rank. If I become Head Superintendent, necessary changes will happen throughout the future in Richwood. I teach the lower ranks different things in training, and how to be Respectful. I am not abusive at all! I control my admin abilities to keep my privileges of having admin abilities. In my point of view, I agree that people want a Head Superintendent who listen to them. Even if people make mistakes, they will be listened to and never ignored. Being a Head Superintendent is a hard working rank. I will be active and host training's to improve lower rank skills.
Everyone has wanted a mature Head Superintendent. My maturity level is great. I am not foolish neither childish during training's. Some people think that they can just go in a training and do what they they want. That is not going to happen as if could effect Richwood. My intelligence of this rank tells me I know what I am doing. I know how to handle any kind of problems anywhere the mature way. Some people like to start arguments or even disrespect HR's. My maturity will stop arguments and disrespect in Richwood.
