A $400 budget is a little low though. For the games you listed, a 750 Ti should be pretty good.

damn 750 ti's are $75 i got mine 2 years ago for $130 i have a 750 ti, i can run all of those games

If you want something comparable to the higher GTX range for a good price RX 480 is really good. It might break your price range a little but it is the best budget graphics card to go for atm.

you can easily get a different video card once you get the money enough for it. i'll probably get a another r7 370 4g for my computer and a crossfire bridge for it
