The way DevEX works is flawed, clickbait trash or freemodel-abusing games without any skill or effort involved can make money.
I propose that every game DevEX'd is reviewed to make sure:
No more than 4 free-models are used, or no entire mechanics/systems/maps are free-modelled
The game's thumbnail and title match the content
The game has a highly positive like to dislike ratio |

Support, and they should also make sure the person trying to cash out actually has a game, and isn't just a trader. They don't really bring roblox any money. |

Logically, if you're able to get 100,000+ R$, you should be able to DevEX it, regardless of the quality of your game. This doesn't mean you can DevEX scammed money, though.
Considering developers no longer get TIX for every user, the only way they can make money is through game passes. If a user really enjoys a game, whether it be free modeled or quality-made, they will usually purchase game passes. If they purchase game passes, that's basically proof that your game is enjoyable.
No matter how terrible your game is, if you can somehow get people to buy your game passes, you deserve to be able to DevEX.

Well, because a moderator would have to examine the place (maybe in studio), they can decide what the model is, for example a tycoon door is fine but if they use a whole tycoon kit it's not, if that makes sense. |

For the free modeled trash part I mean those games that basically use the free model version of a whole game, or just throw together a car free model, a couple building free models, and a road free model, well it's not really their place, they just pasted in someone else's stuff. |

Free models are there for a reason, they're meant to be used by users. However, I do agree that users who fully steal games shouldn't be allowed to DevEX.

Exactly, free models are there for people to either:
Start off with
or
Take something simple (like a road, vending machine, admin script, chair, tv, etc) for time purposes |

I think that to have DevEX should be able to choose to make hats or places, but i dont want the hats to be copy and paste like shirts,
