Is this possible because we can make a hat for the catalog and ROBLOX approves it and after they do we can sell it for a amount and it says made by the user who made it it's a great idea

As of now, if you are lucky enough, a ROBLOX mod will find a hat model you made and if it is good enough, they could publish it. That's how the Pink Sparkle Time Fedora was made. And in the future, we can upload hats, gear and maybe packages!
