I will be running for Head superintendent. I hope you like my speech and in anyways I do not mean to bribe or miss lead you in any ways. I hope you vote for me say #Support if you do. I wish good luck, to my fellow Superintendents.
Alright, so let's start off with why I should be one. And If I say active and you have noticed I haven't been active it's cause I was on vacation. But normally I'm very active.
Well, I'm a respectful (most of the time unless other whys) I've been in RPD since 4 members just not joined But I would I had no group space. I've given RPD a lot of my time, I deleted almost 50 groups to join this. I had OBC and it ran out)
So, I'm not one of those people that say, " I will change everything and make (group) better but don't do anything. If I do say that I stick to my word.
I was the first Superintendent in RPD and I am the longest person to be superintendent cause I was the first one....
My pros: Active, Respectful, Nice, Dino?, I know how to build and a little script/ I am funny at times I know how to train people from past experience.
My cons: I am Disrespectful if you make me. I am a dino? Is that bad?<

The speech has many spelling and/or grammatical errors. Let's point them out.
First sentence, "I'm Typical_Golden Or > Other whys Typical_Dino"
The problem with this sentence is that "Other whys" is supposed to be "otherwise".
Next part is this quote, "And If I say active..."
This is wrong because YOU STARTED YOUR SENTENCE WITH "AND".
Same paragraph, "...vacation. But normally I'm very active."
Alright, so again, you don't start your sentences with "But". Make it, "...vacation but, normally I'm very active."

Same thing as last time, "otherwise".
"I am Disrespectful if you make me."
Nice grammar, you randomly capitalized a word FOR NO REASON.
"I wish good luck to my Fellow head superintendents..."
Why did you do this again? You don't capitalize the word "fellow". That's unnecessary.
"I wish good luck to my Fellow head superintendents..." and "...to my fellow Superintendents."
Why did you capitalize "superintendents" in the beginning but, not at the end?
I thought HRs are supposed to know their grammar and punctuation, I guess not.

Also what do you mean " do you want someone with no grammar to be HR i'm HR and being in RPD isn't about being good at grammar there is no rule that says " YOU HAVE TO BE GOOD AT GRAMMAR TO BE A HR" they ask you the basics not the whole dictionary.
You don't need grammar to be a HR you need to know how to train. And also no one is perfect don't do this when you know you make 100's of grammar mistakes everyday don't try and fight an HR because the HR Will always win. Don't try and make me feel bad because I don't care. And I already know you triple checked to see if your grammar was right and probably used a grammar website. So just don't. .

So you are saying that the HR always wins? Why is that? The reason is FAVORITISM. This means that only your RANK can save you from an argument. It just proves that you are scared of mistakes and run off to say that a silly rank can save you. I actually worked hard to get where I am today.
Alright, so after reading that comment, it had a run-on sentence and it didn't really make sense. All you need is to RE-READ what you write once because you don't want to look like an IDIOT who doesn't know grammar and punctuation. Adding onto that, you should know the "basics". What is basic to you? There are many types of "basics". It all depends on who is talking. For me, basic would mean 8th grade vocabulary (the standard is very high if you didn't know). I don't know what "basic" would mean for you, but that is my "basic". In life, you would need grammar in punctuation too. You won't go very far without those skills.
I didn't even say that because you suspended me. It was because your speech is bad, REALLY bad. Restating what I said before, it has many grammar and punctuation errors.
(Reason why most people joined RPD: to get HR)

No, Typical, I worked hard to far in Docklands Police Department. Look at you with your HR rank probably from favoritism. Plus, there was no rule that suspended could vote due to the election being canceled. :) |
