Hello there, I'm Zarqhos, a Staff Assistant at Frappé, as of the 17th of August, I am here today to create a forum, piecing together everything a MR should know. This is an unofficial guide, I only made this as I wanted to help out any new staff members seeking assistance.

INTERVIEWS:
Rules;
These are the rules that an admin will be required to say using 'sm' prior to the commencement of Frappé Interviews.
Rule #1 - Grammar is needed at all times, inside and outside your interview. Failing to use grammar will result in failure.
Rule #2 - Respect is needed at all times, towards your interviewer and fellow baristas. Disrespect is not tolerated.
Rule #3 - You will have 40 seconds to answer each question, exceeding this time limit will result in failure. We want fast baristas!
Rule #4 - You will have 10 seconds to respond to your interviewer, exceeding this time limit and we will think you're AFK and kick you.
Rule #5 - If you pass you are to wait out in the front lobby, or where your interviewer informs you to go. You must wait quietly until instructed otherwise.
Questions;
These are the questions a Frappé Administrator, are obliged to ask, when interviewing.
1.) How would you greet a customer?
2.) What unique characteristics do you obtain?
3.) Correct this please: "i have good grammer and like frappe1"
4.) Are you currently working/previously worked in any other cafe groups?
If they do not pass, please tell them their faults, and kick them. If they do pass, congratulate them, before guiding them towards the promoter.

TRAININGS:
Rules;

Rule 3} You will make 5 drinks. The last two drinks will be timed for 40 seconds. Trainees need to get 3 correct in order to pass; junior baristas need 4, and baristas need all 5.
Rule 4} Do not give your drink to your trainer until he/she asks for it.
Rule 5} If you pass you are to wait on the yellow line here, quietly, and wait to be promoted.

After Rules are over, a member of the Frappe Staff will do Trivia Questions with the Trainees and Baristas.

3.) Can you explain to a noob like YouFoundGallo how to make a Caramel Latte?
4.) What would you do if iijxstine came up to you and said “gIVE ME ALL UR MONEY OR I WILL REKT U”?
5.) What are the three virtues of a Barista? Spell it out please.

TIMES;
These are the times where interviews, trainings & security trainings take place. Please make sure to arrive, exactly after shout, or else you may be excluded from participation.
Interviews: 11am, 4pm, 7pm
Trainings: 12pm, 5pm, 8pm
Security Trainings: 1pm, 4:45pm, 7:45pm
