Introduction: This document will explain how to properly host trainings.

First, start them out by doing faces and other basic disciplinary drills, this should take no more than 5 minutes.
Second, have the trainees do one or two obbies, spend no more than 15 minutes on obbies.
Third, have them do one or two TDMs or a sword fight tournament. This should take no more than 15 minutes total.
Fourth, begin promotions. ALL CADETS AND Police Constables I ARE TO BE PROMOTED FOR ATTENDING. After you have promoted them, you must then use the :ff command to choose trainees to promote as well.
After promotions are complete, place the trainees to CTC (ONE AT A TIME TO PREVENT LAG).

Notes:
Do not :slock a training without permission from Deputy Commissioner+, allow people to continue joining while the training is in progress.
Do not abuse the kick/ban cmds. Do not use unnecessary commands such as :spartkles, :fire, :bighead, :size, etc.
There is to be one host, two-co host. NO HELPERS!
Make sure that the trainees have their uniforms on, packages aren't allowed. If they don't know how to enable to the uniform, politely explain it to them or shirt/pants them in it using admin.
Do not waste time standing around at trainings, try to keep the trainees occupied while they are waiting.
Max Training Time: 1 hour, do not exceed this time.
