I believe roblox is updating = more servers have to be created
there is one server for people without the updated client
there is another for people with the updated client
roblox usually updates around tues, wed, and thurs (occasionally fri)
it will get better soon

it's acting as if the servers are full... try shutting down all the servers idk.
