Qualities of a good operator include reliability, fearlessness, discipline, consistency, courage, motivation and skill. Good operators must also be prepared to exceed their abilities, be diligent in getting tasks completed and stay focused on safety.
[Mental toughness]
Mental toughness is a term people use that will allow a person to become a better athlete (such as difficult training or difficult competitive situations in games) and emerge without losing confidence.
[Sportsmanship]
Sportsmanship is defined as ethical, appropriate, polite and fair behavior while participating in a game or athletic event. When a basketball player plays by the rules, is fair to his opponent and is gracious when he loses, this is an example of
sportsmanship.
[Money System]
10m donations are only given to few. Do not ask. Once you receive your donation you are responsible to keep your money up so you never run out.

[Improvement]
It takes drive.
You have to be driven to improve every day. You can't be satisfied with your last performance.
It takes discipline.

You have to be confident in yourself and believe that you're a winner.

You have to make moves on your own, not just respond to what other athletes do.

You have to be committed.
It takes determination.
You have to be determined. You can't give up, no matter how hard it seems. When you lose, you have to get right back up and try again.
It takes a high tolerance for pain.
You have to be able to put up with a lot of pain, from pushing to its limits.
It takes adaptability.
You have to be able to adapt to different situations and new information quickly.
It takes emotional maturity.
You have to be in control of your emotions. You can't let yourself get too nervous, to angry, too depressed, etc.
