Within this act, all sections must be abide by staff and passengers whilst using the services of Tyne and Wear Metro. Those whom decide not to follow procedures will be punished accordingly.

Section 1 of the Revenue Protection Act
On clicking the ticket machine sat at various stations you'll find a list of products that can be purchased. This list of products will be seen as stations, each one has it's expense (depending on your location). If you fail to purchase a ticket and gain entry onto the platform, and if caught, you'll be searched and possibly banned depending on the price of the ticket in which you have committed fraud upon.
Section 2 of the Revenue Protection Act
If you lose your ticket after purchase (e.g. resetting) you wont be able to claim a refund from our company. On purchasing the ticket you agree on the terms of personal equipment therefore we are not responsible for it's safety. We suggest that if your not happy with this regulation, you do not use our service.
Section 3 of the Revenue Protection Act
For your safety we have presented no entry signs around our green line stations to prevent from serious harm. Entering these designated areas will see you to be banned from our server immediately and all revenue items that you have purchased will be confiscated. RPO's have the right to remove you from our stations depending on the offence committed.
