Creating an Official House in The Seven Kingdoms.
STEPS:
1.] Make sure that the House you wish to create isn't already taken, if so, you must war the current House to be official.
2.] Make sure you have a minimum of 15 members for your House to become official.
3.] Send an ally request to the region you want to be in by telling a Coordinator.
