HOW TO GET PROMOTED TO [2] Scout
To get promoted the 2nd rank you must either attend a training OR the EASIER way, private message one of these users explain to them your reason for joining R2D Killers and ask for a rank up to [2] Scout.
For example, "Hey I'm here because... May I be promoted to [2] Scout?
