To those concerned or just curious,
Today in the RAT high command meeting, RAT has decided that they will be moving on from the SC-RAT alliance, many members of the HICOM have voted in the favor of leaving the Affinity Accord and the SC-RAT alliance itself.
I'd like to publicly address this outcome from the HICOM meeting that RAT had today [August 27th, 2016], SC's diplomacy department is saddened about the decision, but also their points were valid to Chris's reign, so we came the outcome that this was being planned before hand, Polymorphic came onto the SC teamspeak to discuss the outcome and gave us the exact reasoning of their leave from the diplomacy round table.
In this section of this document I will list and counter [as much as I can] to justify where SC stands[apart from chrispykreme's leadership].
[none of this should come off as me attacking RAT, it's just my input on the situation]

-bad clan [fabiao]
-Trash leader; Their current state is futile, and their current leader is
blacklisted [Swordmaker]
-Pretty self explanatory. It seems that SC no longer cares about this
alliance. [Emirite]
-SC is extremely unstable and has made little effort to maintain this alliance in the midst of this. [TPHG]
-The current group holder of Sleet Clan has been caught on record stating that he "doesn't care" if RAT unallies. [Polymorphic + short piece of his comment]

-Sleet clan is unstable, I want to keep friendly relations but I don't think
they should be allies. [Polonium]
Starting with the comment Fabiao made, alright well, I really don't want to say things to upset the situation anymore, but if this the attitude that you kept whilst SC-RAT had their alliance, this is disappointing. Moving onto the comment Swordmaker had on the vote regarding the SC-RAT alliance, how can one say this without knowing on the inside? Ever since Chrispykreme's leadership was siezed, SC's activity both on teamspeak and events has doubled if anything, our current state is making us stronger and better as a community and a group, "current leader", you mean our ACTING leader? This "current leader" has shown exemplary leadership skills and communication within the clan, balancing both external[*recently* became my job] and internal relations. An opinion is an opinion, but note that people DO infact change. Now onto Emirite's comment, SC is anything but unstable, the group is lead by the Superior, a group of people in SC that have a good bond and a great insight on things without bias. Now onto the next comment, TPHG, made little effort to maintain this alliance? Throughout the week we have hosted more than ~6 events this week with you guys, so I have no clue where you're coming from in your comment, and about SC's instability, same thing I said regarding Emirite's comment. Now onto what Polymorphic, the Grand Admiral of RAT's comment, Prag is not the leader of SC, he's just a group holder until we find someone more than capable to lead Sleet Clan. Now to the last point that I listed above, the comment made by Polonium, I love your intent to keep everything friendly, as do I. Frankly, SC is not unstable, in fact it is continuing to thrive for the greater, it is well past improved and it is definitely stable as we Superiors are putting in alot more effort to keep everything running and afloat.
Now we are nearing the end of this post/document/release whatever you want to call it, on behalf of the SC diplomacy department, we respect RAT's friendly intentions but we just had some hope that you would come to us about the issues rather than just coming to us out of the blue stating that SC-RAT alliance was deemed over by the RAT HICOM meeting.
I'd like to thank everyone in RAT's diplomacy team for their efforts and time that SC-RAT had, it was a great alliance while it lasted, good luck in the future.
On the end of the SC-RAT alliance, I'd like to deem that SC now has a vacant 5th ally spot, if any clans feels that there should be an alliance between the two groups, contact me either via PM or find me on the SC teamspeak and we can discuss and come to a final decision.

These reasons are grossly over summarized (you can read the full reasons here: https://twitter.com/FrostarianNews/status/769668886115393536), and this thread was very unnecesssary or at the very least could have been left locked as private discussions with various superiors have already occurred. |

I understand you may feel it's unnecessary, but to me I feel it's vital that all of Sleet Clan is up-to-date with what goes on with the group, it's all about transparency with me.

Transparency would be posting the real reasons and replying to them, not cherry picking ones that are obviously non-applicable without real context.
Which, again, I encourage people to read the real reasons -- especially mine, that was a summary of all our concerns. |

I understand, and I agree transparency should be the #1 goal (especially due to previous occurrences where the HiCOM hid things from the public).
BUT, addressing each and every point made by the RAT HiCOM sorta makes it look like you're trying to get the 'last word' in.

To see the RAT side of this, I do agree with Poly, please check out their opinions and comments containing as to why this alliance has come to an end.
But again, this post was mainly for SC to see and catch onto what happens outside of SC not just in the trainings.

I agree, I am saddened that it came to this -- however, there is intrinsic issues with some of the higher ups in Sleet Clan that unfortunately can't be resolved due to a history of pathological lying to everyone. |

I think one thing that is being extremely ignored here is how a majority of the current HiCOM of SC had a total DISREGARD for RAT and has maliciously deceived them more than once for their own benefit.
Obviously I have no issues with Sleet Clan now, but there is actions that were committed in the past before Dan got the group that cannot be forgotten.
