NOTE: I cannot guarantee this will work for everyone but this is what worked for me AFTER TWELVE HOURS OF WAITING.
You will switch to use the Google DNS, as this is what worked for me. This is just a warning to everyone if you don't want to use that. If you were already using it and still having these issues, I recommend trying to switch back to the default DNS server address found automatically, and see if that then fixes your problem. If this fix does not work, you can still switch back to the automatic settings, there is no reason THAT I HAVE YET WITNESSED OTHERWISE to use the Google DNS.
For Windows 10 users:
Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings (near top left). Right click WiFi (or Local Area Connection if you aren't on WiFi) > Properties
Find "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" in the list. Select it and hit properties.
On the second half of the new window that comes up, change it to Use the following DNS server addresses. Then fill these in:
Preferred server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate server: 8.8.4.4
Then check Validate settings upon exit, and close all of those windows. Restart google chrome and ROBLOX should be loading fine once again.
