1. learn how to script/build/gfx
2. find a person looking for scripting/building/gfx work
3. ask if they will pay
4. do the scripting/building/gfx work
5. earn R$
tip: if you cant find anyone looking for any work, join a group like pinewood, innovation, something like that and contact and HR for a promotion to the specific rank and you should get messages

making your own games and selling gamepasses/dev products is a bad idea and wont pay much, you get a lot more if you work for someone
