It makes the site look like an awful port. Keep the iOS menus in the app, don't bring them onto the website. https://www.roblox.com/Nobody-Expects-The-Spanish-Inquistion-item?id=185197766

Support. PC must stay as it is, and keep mobile/iOS where it needs to be. ROBLOX was predominantly a PC game until all the new folks shuffled in with their tablets and phones. They aren't even truly for gaming!

The only thing I like is the message UI, it looks a bit cleaner... Complaints go here -> https://web.roblox.com/games/476073015/The-ROBLOX-complaint-center

they want to make the site easier to use for kids with shaky arms, big buttons and short text is more user-friendly than putting as much data on a smallest screen as possible http://data.roblox.com/Error/Lua.ashx

@Borsy Agreed.

they dont want to drive kids away from ROBLOX because its "too hard to navigate" and "hard to understand", they should make the site even easier to use if anything, add a game icon next to "Games" for those that might not understand english good

Most people born in the 2000's don't know how to use a computer, sadly.

There are 16 year olds and 12 years and such who do know how to use a computer. That fact @spino is inaccurate. The UI change is to make the site better and for younger kids, but that doesnt mean kids dont know how to use a computer.

I am not saying everyone born in the early 2000's don't know. It's just that as computers are getting less "trendy", fewer people know how to use them.

I agree with that, people born in 2004 and below probably arent tech savvy.

Soon enough, the tabs will be moved to the bottom and there will be a more tab with the rest of the pages.

i think spino means 7 year old kids dont know how to use a computer so they need simple interfaces

@Borsy I meant exactly what you said.

The Ui will become incredibly simple if ROBLOX continues this.

Have a toggle in the RBLX player that switches between an advanced mode (2013 interface) and the current one (easy).

"Have a toggle in the RBLX player that switches between an advanced mode (2013 interface) and the current one (easy)." and make roblox have to maintain two versions of their site at the same time? too much work what if a kid accidentally turns it on and doesnt know how to turn it off?

I myself first downloaded ROBLOX on mobile, however later I downloaded it on PC and now I primarily play on PC.

No not the site the player applications where the games are loaded. The toggle would be in the main menu of the player app.

'I agree with that, people born in 2004 and below probably arent tech savvy.' Hey, I was born in 99, and I happen to be a Linux application developer, operating system developer (for 16-bit x86, i know, i cry too, will NEVER get used to RISC like ARM and PowerPC.), overall software all-star who does just about everything... including the fixing idiot next door who puts their braces on the same line as their function declaration. Ugh. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umDr0mPuyQc (And yes, that includes breaking NFTS and getting 'closed folders' that someone blocked off by mistake, using Linux. So 'hacking' if you want to call it that. Not really. Real hacking is getting root's passwo#########s just ignoring file permissions.) if ANYTHING, it's these iGeneration kids who can't do ANYTHING, with small exceptions. They don't have an interest in technology and programming, and certainly as hell never had their eyes gleam with excitement the same way I did. Everything has to be reaaallly simple and brain-dead to get them to follow along, they can never figure out anything themselves. That makes them what, uh, 12? Yeah no.

The iGeneration kids are taking over. That's the problem.

I was born in 03 and I am the only one in my school who can solve errors in Windows like missing dll files and broken programs etc. Just today I had to deal with Prepar3D crashing everytime I click on the window more than a minute after clicking out of it. Some people in my Yr 7 class can't even type an address in Chrome!

how about instead they just replace the entire website with a javascript terminal thing and we can type in code to search through games and manually type in each thing we want to do and memorise each place id?

I personally don't mind this new website interface. It scales to different window resolutions which is great for multi-tasking and it makes checking stuff like developer stats on the go so much easier. Bonus points for the fact that the sidebar is forced open on larger resolutions.
