As a victim of being scammed i know the pain that comes along with it. I got scammed of my pink top hat which was worth over
8k at the time. We need to do something to stop it!!! 1/4 Robloxians have been scammed of there items/virtual good at least once! I believe that users who been reported multiple times for scamming should have a label on there profile warning the risk of trading with the user. Therefore more users will be saved from being scammed. To sign this petition all you have to do is reply. By replying, you are signing this petition.

I'm not signing a damn thing, and this is a terrible idea. Reports do not equal truth. I can write a bot in 2 hours that will flood your account with reports for scamming, and you would be labelled as a scammer despite not doing a thing.

Roblox scamming is a serious problem and roblox support has verified that it should not be allowed, and is encouraging users to report users who scam. It is more than just a bad decision! It is hoaxing a user to make a trade agreement with lies!

This is not a good idea, at all.
I have been banned a few times with the reason being "Scamming", and 100% of those bans were invalid. I never scammed anyone, it was just a false act of moderation.
So, with this implementation, I would be viewed as a scammer, despite the fact that I'm not a scammer at all. No support. |

Sorry for your scam incident, but take serious precautions next time. The trading system helps a lot. As the others said, someone can bot report you en masse and you will be labeled a scammer.
It's kind of like how in early America, people would have labels burned on their arms or hands for their crimes (e.g., "M" for manslaughter). |

Also, sorry to say, but it's really your fault if you keep getting scammed over and over. It's common sense that you shouldn't lend out your items or do sketchy trades, and if you don't learn from your experience, you won't get anywhere.
I was scammed out of 70,000 R$ a long time ago, but I still kept going. I didn't whine all day on the forums about it, and keep in mind that my case was 10x worse than yours.
Oh, and the "By replying, you are signing this petition." point is absolute nonsense. You're making a suggestion, and it's going to be criticized. You can't just push away all criticism by making up your own rules, pal. |

Nope, bad idea, can easily be abused. Just like Internecivus said, this can easily be used by bots and you'll be labeled as a scammer.

What's so wrong about criticizing a severely-flawed suggestion? And no, that's not how signing works. You either say you support the idea or you don't. It's not a case where "if you post, you automatically support this", because even those who want to point out the flaws and don't support the idea are forced to support it. |

What's wrong with asking questions on a suggestion? You were the one who made this suggestion, and suggestion threads permit questions/discussion/etc.
