Well it'll just take the user's account IRL AGE and see if it's over 13+ year olds, if it not, then it will display a message something like this: "Stop! You are not over 13+ year old and this forum contains explicit language! You cannot read this forum since you are not over 13+ years old" You spilled fruit punch on my shirt! :(
