If Guests want to talk they can create an account and chat normally. Also, I'm pretty sure Guests were never able to chat, not even with the Safe Chat button.

ROBLOX had a really large problem with restricting anything Guests could do in games and would even ban people for doing things like that... And now they do it themselves. Please ROBLOX, give yourself a 1 day ban/warning Free bump!

i agree with this giving them the chat power of someone who has signed up but is below 13 would decrease the chances that they sign up, but forbidding them to chat restricts their ability to properly play games too much
