First Amendment Protection Act: Be it enacted by the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate. Clause 1 | Freedom Protection/Introduction Clause: The First Amendment Protection Act shall ensure that citizens will not be arrested for speaking, protesting, peacefully assembling, or using any other of their first amendment rights on PUBLIC PROPERTY. Clause 2: | Private Property Clause: The First Amendment Protection Act DOES NOT apply on private property, and if any member of the organization which owns said property that is authorized by the organization for which they work to restrict someone on the private property's freedoms and/or remove them from the premises. Clause 3 | Threatening Behavior Clause: The First Amendment Protection Act will limit the ability to arrest citizens for threatening behavior. Continuous open carry after receiving several warnings from law enforcement, using threatening speech on private property after receiving a warning, and verbal harassment to an EXTREME degree will be the ONLY actions that will be considered threatening behavior upon the establishment of this act. Clause 4 | AOS Clause: The First Amendment Protection Act will ensure that ORGANIZATIONS can no longer be considered AOS, as making an organization that may not completely made up of criminals or violent citizens AOS would be a violation of the freedom of peaceful assembly. However, A WARNING may be placed organizations so that law enforcement can be aware of the increased risk of certain individuals committing crimes. In the case that an organization has committed an extreme number of crimes and poses an extreme threat to the safety of NUSA, Congress may take action to weaken said organization so that they can no longer put our citizens in danger. Clause 5 | Law Enforcement Freedom Allowance Clause: The First Amendment Protection Act REQUIRES law enforcement to comply with the freedoms it grants the people of NUSA. If evidence is presented that a member of law enforcement or a federal agency has violated the rights granted to americans by the First Amendment Protection Act, action MUST be taken to punish this individual, in more severe cases suspension or removal would be preferable. Clause 6 | Conclusion Clause: The First Amendment Protection Act exists to ensure that the freedoms of each and every american are protected. If it is established, each and every american will have their long-neglected freedoms protected.

Calvin, you can't even vote on this yet. And your opinion isn't necessarily right.
