Alright, you're probably the only one on this site that puts up a good arguement. This is my last post then I'm going off for work.
1) "More sales: Obviously, because people bought shirts and pants and if they have money, they can afford them. Now they can't afford them and the sales are a little bit lower."
b) Yes, there would be more sales, however eventually if a free tickets were given out, the sales would start to become worthless because everyone's botting in 100's of tickets a day and a shirt sale for 50 tickets (10 robux) would be inevitably worthless.
2) "Make game play more fair: Game passes cost R$ and we can't get R$. And not just that, they have to make game passes or else they won't earn anything. Someone is required to pay to pay for their products."
b) The amount of ########## isn't going to rise. If people wanted ########### they might buy them, however most players wouldn't #### #### a week's worth of tickets for a gamepass on a game they might only play for a day. I actually collected some information on this, took 10 of my friends recent gamepass purchases and they said only 1/8 of the gamepasses are on games they still play after ONE WEEK. All of these members were Builders Club, so they make enough to buy the pass in 1-3 days. NBC users who will inevitably still be poor even with tickets aren't going to fork it over for a week in a game. Plus, with the increased costs of gamepasses since the price floor [which I do agree should be lowered for NBC users to 80/20 or even 70/30] is so high, I rarely see a 'VIP' for less than 1000 robux created by NBC users.
Here's a conversation with one friend, whose name has been changed for privacy via the Sky peh application when I asked him about his gamepasses:
[9/7/2016 2:21:06 PM] OpticUniversse [Alex]: Hey, I got a question for you for the S&I subforum, mind spending a sec to answer it?
[9/7/2016 2:24:05 PM] friend: uh
[9/7/2016 2:24:27 PM] friend: why not lol
[9/7/2016 2:25:19 PM] OpticUniversse [Alex]: Alright, so what gamepass did you last buy from a game?
[9/7/2016 2:27:57 PM] friend: uh
[9/7/2016 2:28:29 PM] friend: the boombox thing on that murder game
[9/7/2016 2:28:46 PM] friend: it was 500 robux
[9/7/2016 2:29:52 PM] OpticUniversse [Alex]: Do you still play the murder game? If so, how often do you play?
[9/7/2016 2:32:09 PM] friend: uh
[9/7/2016 2:32:14 PM] friend: no
[9/7/2016 2:32:20 PM] friend: XD
[9/7/2016 2:33:18 PM] OpticUniversse [Alex]: XD, alright, thanks dude. hmu if you wanna play later
Also, I'll end this with a statement. If there were tickets that were publicly given out again, how would it effect the economy? For one, I know that in the real world if everyone was given a 'waking up bonus' for waking up, and they got 10 bucks in the mail, it wouldn't really be that much at first however eventually prices would rise and the 10 bucks wouldn't really be worth anything anymore. people would start stealing their neighbors and friends, and parents would take their kids money.
apparently im famous in s&i |
