Roblox won't help us with any of this:
My friend recently got hacked by a tycoon builder. After he posted about it on the forums his account got a warning for breaking the rules due to it being "inappropriate". The forum was not at all in appropriate. There was no cussing and no inappropriate references. It wasn't offending anyone. This is becoming a huge issue for him and our development team and Roblox refuses to help us. Their customer support didn't do anything and when he appealed on the forums it was deleted. Please, if any staff can help that would be greatly appreciated.(His email was hacked too so we can't verify it)

if he read the forum rules, he would've clearly seen it says "personal attacks aren't allowed"
he's supposed to contact [email protected] for help getting back his account, not posting a personal attack on someone on the forums

Also the hacker gave out a lot of personal information. Hacking is illegal and goes against the Roblox terms of service as well. We know it is one of the tycoon builders friends.

They said email them with the email linked to the account. It was hacked. They haven't responded from that.

I was just hoping a roblox admin would see this and help. I know the chance of that is really low but still. They won't help. They customer service needs some improvement. I also know that they can't just give accounts to people who ask for, them but he had proof that it was his account. He had hundreds of youtube videos and twitch streams of him playing as his account but they didn't care. If they don't believe him, they didn't watch the videos and that is just laziness on their part. If anyone does falsely report this thread as "inappropriate" then at least a moderator will have to read it to take it down...

if they hacked his e-mail, then he needs to contact whoever provides him the e-mail, for example google

This is serious. The hacker is deleting games that we have worked on for years and basically destroying our group. This needs to stop.

if you try to argue with customer support, they either wont respond or blacklist your email
