I mean, I guess "Scamming" would be the appropriate category? But Spam feels like it should be it's own immediately obvious button.

I normally use "Other rule violation" for spamming, but I do support this because spamming is on 90% of this site. (Random %.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
