Because I'm kind of sick and tired on getting a warning for explaining to the owner's of their games that their ad violated a rule that's been effective since July 26 this year: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=192119815 And also ROBLOX, if your going to announce a rule that'll be taking place, you might as well ENFORCE IT as these violating ads somehow slip through!
