Docklands abuse and trying to change it.

I would like to say that I believe docklands is unchangeable, as immature kids are permitted to be higher ranks. They tend to start doing things showing they wanted power and not to help us. People say docklands is bad. But rockport is too, as I've been in the police force and state of them and I see abuse and kids not showing what they are permitted to show, Docklands just needs help more then rockport to keep it where a game level can be at. I do agree with you. With many kids getting ranked up, it seems they just want power over all. Not just to help us like you said, but to tell people what to do.

#support Docklands is bad... But so is rockport. The owner abuses all the time and does nothing to help the citizens. Kni used to abuse, But he doesn't do it anymore. He does still fly to get into cap, But that is minor.
