No.1: Zero troller tolerance. Trolling will result in instant 30 day ban without warning.
No.2: Ranks past Trainee are not given and must be earned, asking will result in a demotion or 5 hour interview ban.
No.3: AAing is unacceptable, if caught, you will be demoted and admin powers will be removed immediately.
No.4: Admin is not given to ranks under Interview Assistant, so don't ask.
No.5: Insulting others is intolerable and will result in instant 7 day ban depending on how bad it is.
Wondering how to rank up? This is how! First, you must be hired and set to the rank "Trainee". Second, you must be active, helpful, and work hard. You will be noticed by HRs and ranked up accordingly.
